As promised the new committee has been hard at work ironing out the details for the coming pop-up exhibitions this December. As time is running out please READ the following information and DOWNLOAD the forms.

Entry Fees:
A4 and smaller $1 per entry
Larger than A4 $2 per entry – a limit of 3 entries larger than A4 per person.
All pictures to be marked clearly on the back with photographers name, photo title and price
Mount on black cardboard (Jodi has mounting boards, news agents have cardboard)
Entry Dates”
For exhibition on the 13th, entries need to be in by Wednesday 9th December.
For exhibition on 17th by Monday 14th December
These dates are very important as we need to process photos and make sure everything is uniform in advance.
Photos to be sold on the day as is. If members want to create a mini portfolio they can contact to discuss an order – their responsibility post pop-up

Volunteers needed for processing, set-up and sale. Even if someone can offer 1 hour to come and watch the stalls it will help!!
