January 2018: Black & White.

Crazy Jad
This is my Mum and Dads New puppy. He is so cute and loves to play. I like how this one shows his cheeky nature and looks great in Black and White.

Bridge of Stars

ISO 400 f11 13 sec Nikon 20mm

“Wrinkles & dirt”
f/5.6, 1/500sec, ISO-500 (Manual)
Canon 70D with EF-S 55-250mm (full zoom used then heavily cropped in post)
I love the texture in this shot which I think is enhanced in b/w. The globs of dried mud caked into the wrinkles helps too.
Mudpacks obviously don’t get rid of wrinkles???
Dubbo Zoo 2017

Woolshed
Shot on Canon 60D,
f/3.2, 1/40sec, ISO 100
I used the monochrome picture setting and this is the shot straight from the camera. I was perched up on some old bits of wood, shooting through a window, quite lucky to capture this amazing light before I fell or was disturbed by any wildlife!!

‘Two’

F/3.0

1/200
ISO 1000
Shot close to 8pm outside under leafy trees.

“Watching”
Settings; Nikon. Fstop: 6  ISO: 8000 SS: 1/320

ISO 64 – 1/800 sec – F4.5. ‘Wave Play’

Taken of one of my girls playing in the waves, wanted some water action and effect of the waves hitting her, just wish they didn’t have to give the Japanese sign ALL the time!

Hello.

1/160th sec; f 5.6; ISO 200.

I was at the river in Macksville waiting for the sunset and took some photos of the seagulls while waiting
Settings were   f/5.6    1/1000 sec    ISO500 on shutter priority using a canon 60D
I cropped the photo and gave it a slight contrast tweak
